Pet Friendly

Since our establishment in 1960 we've enjoyed catering to our guests and their pets. With each of our cottages having private enclosed patios we make it easy to safely give your dog a place to go outside while you relax in the room. When it's time to play, you and your four-legged friend can enjoy our large communal lawn complete with toys and pet waste bags. Do not forget to visit the front office to say hello to our friendly staff and pick up some complementary treats for both you and your dog!

We have a $20/night per pet fee to account for the extra cleaning our housekeeping staff performs.

Common Areas

Our family friendly property takes advantage of our year-round good weather with plenty of outdoor spaces. The large grassy lawn is perfect for families and pets to play or wind down. Throughout the year we offer a variety of play equipment and encourage you to bring your own. The secluded English garden offers a serene place to listen to nature or have a picnic with your family. The large gas grill is at the center of it all, right next to the ping pong table ready for the fun to begin. Treat yourself to a soft drink with our conveniently located soda machine.

Hot Tub

The spa is a great place to relax at the end of the day or warm up after a trip to the beach. It's located in the center of our property, surrounded by a high fence that offers privacy and tranquility. Lounge seating makes it a great place to hang out and our ADA compliant lift chair makes it accessible to everyone.

Near the Beach

We are peacefully situated among the trees and just a 10-minute walk (.4miles or .65km) to the beach, or a short drive. Enjoy a pleasant stroll through the Asilomar State Park and their many boardwalks down to Asilomar beach. Asilomar State Beach is a one-mile strip of white sandy beach and rocky coves. Delight in a day at the beach complete with tide pooling, sunbathing, swimming in the ocean, watching surfers, or surfing yourself as this is also one of the best surfing spots on the Monterey Peninsula. If you'd like to enjoy the view without getting sandy, there are well maintained coastal walking and biking trails.
