A one night deposit is required for all reservations. Deposits are refundable provided adequate notice is given.
Most units have a 72 hour cancellation policy; Casa Linda and Rancho Reposo each have a two week cancellation policy. Group reservations will result in a longer cancellation policy, up to one month.
A physical card swipe is required for final balance payments.
All our units are pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $20 per pet per night. Maximum 5 pets in Casa Linda or Rancho Reposo, maximum 3 pets in all smaller units. Guests are required to clean up after them, including in the private patios.
Units are booked by size category. We Do Not guarantee specific room numbers, though we will note any requests and do our best to accommodate.

All units have one assigned parking space. Casa Linda and Rancho Reposo have additional assigned parking. Extra parking is across the street from the property, parallel with the fence. All parking is free of charge.
Our driveway is one way and often full of children and pets. Please drive with caution.
There is no smoking permitted within the units. However, smoking is permitted outdoors including on each unit's private patio.
